GET and POST

The document explains the HTML form method attribute, detailing how form-data can be sent using either 'GET' or 'POST' methods. 'GET' appends data to the URL and is limited in length, making it unsuitable for sensitive information, while 'POST' sends data in the request body without size limitations but cannot be bookmarked. Examples of both methods are provided to illustrate their usage.
