 GenAI Criteria

• The Coursera License will be assigned by a two months period to complete the Full path (Foundational
+ Technical).

• Engineering roles are expected to complete the full training path (Foundational + Technical).

• Code Synthesis training (launched on 2024) is the equivalent of Technical Track in the
Coursera Path.

2025
• The Foundational track could be skipped if there is equivalent course previously taken by the trainee.
(Evidence must be submitted).

• The Optional track is assigned only after completing the Foundational + Technical. The trainee will
have One more month to take the Optional track.

• Only exceptional cases such as Non - Engineering roles are the target audience to take the
Fountational track. In that case, the license will be assigned by 1 month.

• Weekly – Cohort calls and monitoring is crucial as it ensures progress, identifies

issues early, improves outcomes, provides feedback, and to complete the
certification process.

• Mentoring support during certification benefits in providing guidance and

enhancing skills.

2025
• In-progress reports will be shared to the Manager and DU.

• The access to the licenses are by batches, it is important to be aware of the open
subscriptions and deadlines.

• Not completed status are submitted to consequences in the L&D policies (Block
list for 3 months).
