The Student Record Management System is
developed to digitize and automate the
management of student records in an educational
institution.

INTRODUCTION The system eliminates traditional manual


methods such as paperwork and physical files,
reducing errors and increasing efficiency.

It provides a centralized platform where students


and administrators can access and manage records
securely and conveniently.
Project Aim & Scope

Aim:
• To create an efficient, secure, and user-friendly web-based system for managing student
data.
• Simplify administrative tasks such as student registration, grade tracking, and report
generation.
• Provide students with easy access to their academic records.
Scope:
• Initially designed for use within a single institution to streamline student record
management.
• With future enhancements, the system can be expanded for online access, enabling multiple
institutions to use it remotely.
