Problem Background - In our pursuit of sustainable growth, we've identified a challenge in establishing a robust
aftermarket market presence in the Low KVA segment. Despite a strong foothold in higher capacity generators, our
reach and influence in the Low KVA sector need improvement, hindering overall market expansion and revenue
potential.

Root Cause Analysis - The primary cause lies in a historical focus on larger generators, resulting in insufficient
strategies and resources dedicated to the Low KVA segment. Limited brand visibility and inadequate product

also launched many initiatives, such as marketing campaigns, bundled product, and service packages. However,
there was not much traction, and we are struggling.

impeded our ability to establish a compelling presence in the Low KVA aftermarket.

into the Low KVA market. The solution should not only boost market share but also ensure sustained growth in this

• Share investment plan if any & its return of investment outlook.
• Any out of the box suggestions can also be inculcated.
