a) Any Muslim who has not reached the level to look into the evidences of jurisprudence branches, may follow one of the Imams of the religion. b) and if so, he should try his best in getting to grip with the evidence put forward by the Imam c) while being open to the opinions which should be supported with evidence, as long as it came from pious trustworthy people d) and for those Muslims who are able to pursue such education, have to do so until they reach a level of looking into the evidences ijtihad
