ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Strong hardware is formed by few students of imus institute fourth year high school, from 4-lithium.This business is located at Medicion 1-C, Imus,Cavite near Gardenias Flower Shop. The people involved in managing and operating this business are Joshua Mainit, Alizza Rivera, Christi Robles, Angelica Reyes, Fatima Ronquillo, Lorenzo Sevilla, Arck Sabater, Marvic Ramos and Michael Buyco.

We

named our business as Strong Hardware because this businessproducts and materials are strong as its name and also the people involved in this business.We created this business to provide people a high quality and long lasting products and materials used in constructing and repairing buildings. facilities and household circumstances in the area of which hardware shop is uncommon. This business is not only selling materials and products. We also give information about the product or material that will be used for free. we build this business in a location which our materials and products are needed for are customers to make it easier and faster to buy and gain knowledge about products and materials near their houses or schools.

We

hopefully want our business to start successfully and grow effectively. as a team will have the courage to meet the demands and cope with the problems that will be given to us.

BACKGROUND OF THE
STUDY
Strong Hardware is a shop selling different products and materials for constructing or repairing buildings,facilities and household circumstances. We only sell high quality and long lasting products and materials. This business personnel and coworkers have sufficient knowledge about our products and materials so any customer should feel free to ask questions on how to use the product or material in proper way.

OBJECTIVES
The following objectives will be our tool that underiying all our planning and strategic activities that will serve as our basis for policy and performance appraisals to have a successful business :

To have a good quality products To have an affordable products To have a team that has unity, responsible and loyalty in our business.

y To have a good resources in spite of our products in able to achieve our objectives in order to meet our goals y To have a complete materials in constructing and repairing household circumstances. y To have customers feedback through surveys or direct interaction with them to find out what the items that they need and expect from our business. y To give customers more than they expect to gain satisfaction from them.

y Find and retain customers. y Check the item if it has defect and some damage before selling it. y Place the items in the safe place to prevent damage and defects. y Having enough supplies of item so in time of need the staff will not be rush.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION


Scope Our business location is very easy to find in Medicion .There are subdivisions, a school and facilities near our location so there are lots of people living near our area.

Limitation This strong hardware business is only near on Cavite because of the limited supplies that cannot be distributed for another far place like in Visayas, and Mindanao .
