INTRODUCTION
 Time Management: Effective time management involves planning,
prioritizing tasks ,and setting deadlines. This helps in staying focused and
avoiding procrastination. By organizing tasks, we can accomplish more and
reduce stress caused by last-minute rushes.

 Goal Setting: Setting clear and achievable goals directs our focus and helps
us stay motivated. Well-defined goals provide purpose and structure, making it
easier to manage time and stress . This approach ensures that we know what
needs to be done and by when, reducing uncertainty.

 Befriending Stress: Stress, when managed properly, can become a catalyst for
growth and increased productivity. By viewing stress as a challenge rather than a
burden, we can use it to fuel motivation. Learning to cope with stress improves
resilience, turning it into a tool for success rather than a source of anxiety.
