RFID Timing System Solution

1. Brief Solution Description

Install UHF fixed reader & UHF antenna at


Start/Finish line and Checkpoint.

When runners with UHF tag passing these points,


UHF fixed reader will automatically collect tag data
and upload these tag data to the system.
2. Tag Entry Authorization

Use UHF desktop reader writer to write tag number into


software system, and bind the tag number to the athlete's
information in the system.If you need to write a special number,
you can also use UHF desktop reader writer to write it firstly.

UHF desktop reader writer connect PC with USB port, and use
our demo software to read and write card.

Once tag number is entered into the system, have the  Model ： CF600

corresponding athlete carry the tag.  Reading distance ： 0-50cm

 Size ： 107*107*22.5mm
3. Targeted Management
Install UHF multi-channel fixed reader & UHF antenna at
Startline/Checkpoint/Finishline. (Also can set UHF panel antenna on both
sides to avoid missing reading.

When runners with UHF tags passing these points,UHF fixed reader will read
the tags and send tag datas to timing system. The system processes this
labeled data to finally get information such as rankings.

• Each point should install reader kit

• Cable help to connect UHF fixed reader and UHF near-field antenna. Its
standard length is 3 meter, and can customized according to the actual
installation requirements.

• UHF fixed reader have network port, can upload the label data sent to the
server through the network.

• The supply working power is 9~24V, equipped with 12V 2A power


adapter, can also use other power supply equipment.

• Support SDK, can use for second development.

5. UHF tag Suitable for Timing System

G8702 UHF Foam Tag, stick on the athlete's number


plate. The tag is designed with foam to avoid direct
contact between the RFID chip and human body,
which can avoid missing reading, one-time use, can be
printed, size 103*35*5mm;

G8701 is UHF PVC label, usually stuck on athletes'


shoes, snap design can be reused many times, support
printing and coding, size 200*30mm.
