 In this application provides a generalized solution to monitor the various works that are carried out by a
department of college for managing it .”department app provides a simple interface for maintanance of student
information.”
 This application will help the students and to get the important documents with great ease the faculties can upload
the documents through this application.
 This application can allow the student to download the documents without any difficulties .

 This will not cause more than the cost of the hard copy that the student take for its subject.
 Share documents the important documents related to the college subject can be shared with great ease through
this application.
 Student database management the details of the students like name ,class ,etc. can be managed through this
application .
 Objective :-

 We are going to develop a faculty student document sharing app for department.
 In this app faculty upload the documents of subjects and department
 Student can accesses the information and submit their queries
 This innovation system allows collage faculty to share important data as well as notification with
department student
 It consists of a faculty login along with student login.
 The faculty login is performed faculty may upload documents of subjects
syllabus,timetable,documents,notices through their provided login.
