TYPOGRAPHY

The typography is pretty legible without sacrificing a distinctive and


unique style. The lettering is based on the font called Fremont Bold,
which was published by FontSite Inc.
In Fremont, the serifs look memorable and recognizable because of their
unconventional shape.
COLOR

The saturated, deep, and very impressive shade of


blue is the only color used on the logo, apart from
the white background.

• The following are mandated by Republic Act No. 7796 to serve as
the members of the TESDA Board:
• The Secretary of Labor and Employment as Chairperson
• The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports (now the
Secretary of Education) and the Secretary of Trade and Industry
as Co-Chairpersons
• The Secretary of Agriculture, the
Secretary of Interior and Local Government, and the Director-
General of the TESDA Secretariat as members.
TESDA Board
• In addition, the president of the philippines shall appoint the
following members from the private sector.
• Two (2) representatives –from the employer/industry
organization
1 of whom shall be woman
• Three (3) representatives from labor sector (1 of whom shall
be woman)
• Two (2) representative of national associations of private
technical-vocational education and training institutions (1 of
whom shall be woman)
• As soon as all the members of the private
sector are appointed, they shall so
organized themselves that the term of the
office of one-third (1/3) of their number
shall expire every year.
• The member from the private sector
appointed thereafter to fill vacancies
caused by expiration of terms shall hold
office for three (3) years.

may, however, revise the
membership of the TESDA Board,
whenever the President deems it
necessary for the effective
performance of the Board’s functions
through an administrative order.
