    INDUSTRIALIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONS.RAIL
    NETWORK HAS THE CAPABILITY TO TRANSPORT LARGE
    SHIPMENTS ECONOMICALLY WITH MORE FREQUENCY
    RAILWAYS INCUR COMPARATIVELY HIGH FIXED COST BECAUSE OF
    HIGH COST OF LAYING DOWN RAILWAY TRACKS,CONSTRUCTION
    SIGNALLY SYSTEM ETC

    High speed of operations in rail transport is high as compared
    to road transport because there is no traffic and railways have a
    right way . It is a quick and more regular form of transportation of
