WHAT IS SELF CONFIDENCE?

• SELF CONFIDENCE IS HAVING BELIEVE ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR

TYPES OF SELF CONFIDENCE

OPTIMAL SELF CONFIDENCE

Optimal self-confidence
means being so convinced to
achieve goals that himself strived
hard to achieve the goal. Every

this kind of confidence to achieve
high level of performance. You
have the courage of conviction
to decide on your life purpose
and start making it happen.
LOW SELF CONFIDENCE

If people have low self-esteem and a

lack of confidence, they may have an
unbalanced view of themselves and
feel doubtful of their abilities or what
they have to offer. Low self-esteem
and a lack of confidence can
negatively affect people's
relationships, work, or studies. People
with low confidence are just
so insecure about themselves and
their flaws which makes them feel
even worse in front of others.
OVER CONFIDENCE

you are secure and believe in yourself.
Overconfidence, on the other hand,
means you feel certain about your
abilities or eventual success in
situations that are not so clear-cut.
