SYSTEMS REQUIREMENTS:

Each Location would require the following items:

 ROIP unit
 Base Radio with Power supply and Antenna
 Reliable Internet Connection/VPN with minimum Speed/ bandwidth of
256 kbps (upload and Downlink)
 Battery Backup for both Radio and ROIP

Control Room where Server Console/ Dispatch Console would be installed

would require following items:
 ROIP Server Software on Windows OS based Desktop PC/ Server with
UPS Backup
 Reliable Static IP Internet Connection/ VPN with high speed/
bandwidth
(Uplink and Downlink Speed of 64kbps x no of locations)

ROIP Single User Software, Dispatcher Software for each user who desire to
communicate remotely from their PC/ Laptop.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
WORKING:

 ROIP at Each Location would be connected to the Central Server Console Software.
 Each Location would be assigned an ID at the Console
 Base Radio would be interface with the ROIP at Each Location.
 Operate at the Server Console can monitor the status and communication of each
location on the software.
 Operator can also communicate with any location individually or in a group or in
broadcast mode.
 Operator can group different locations together in different groups (making
different Zones/Districts)
 Operator can also dispatch call of any location to other location while the call is
active
 Operator can also monitor the RSSI Signal Strength of the communication of each
location.*
 All Activity and Audio Logs would also be recorded on the Server Software for later
viewing and playback.
 Users in the field can directly communicate with users of other location directly by
dialing the ID of that location through his/her DTMF Enabled Keypad.

 In case of Remote ROIP Internet Connection down, Operator could also patch the call
using the Mobile Cellular Network (Voice Call Charges will apply).
 Operator can also monitor the RSSI Signal Strength of the communication of each
location.*
 All Activity and Audio Logs would also be recorded on the Server Software for later
viewing and playback.
 Users in the field can directly communicate with users of other location directly by
dialing the ID of that location through his/her DTMF Enabled Keypad.
 Operators of different Control Rooms and Senior officials could also communicate
with any location or in group using ROIP Single User Client Software or ROIP Mobile
