The Amadeus Central System contains an on-line help facility. Help is a complete description of each Amadeus entry. You can
access the help function during any part of transaction. After accessing Help, you can return to your previous activity.

Help is part of the AIS database; therefore the Quick path principle applies.

To display the main menu of help subjects, enter:

To access a specific subject, you enter HE and the name of the subject:

The system displays both the quick path entry and the page location. You can use either the quick path entry, or the GP
command to access the desired information

The Amadeus Information System (AIS) is a central source of reference information. There are two types of information in AIS.

To access information in AIS, you use the transaction code GG. To access the AIS page enter:

Amadeus Queues give airline, travel agencies, and providers the ability to send and receive PNRs that require action,
and to send and receive messages.

Using queues you can communicate with other offices and organize the workload in your own office by accessing and creating queues
for the different tasks you have to perform.

PNRs can require action for the following reasons:

• Confirmation of segments, service, options or seats from the waitlist


• Change of flight schedule
• Expiration of ticketing time limit
• Changes in a group PNR
