healthy habits on a daily basis to attain
better physical and mental health
outcomes, so that instead of just
surviving, you’re thriving.
There are so many components of fitness, some of them
are –

muscle and fat in the body like height, length and

8. Power - The ability to exert a maximal
force in as short a time as possible like
jumping and throwing implements.
9.Motor skill - Developed when young
like gross motor skill are the basic skills
developed with specific sports skills.
