Introduction
1 Technology addiction, also known as internet addiction or digital
addiction, refers to the excessive and compulsive use of technology
devices and online platforms, leading to negative effects on one's
physical, mental, and social well-being
2 It is characterized by an overwhelming urge to engage with technology,
difficulty in controlling its use, and experiencing withdrawal symptoms
when unable to access it.
Problem Statement
Everyone enjoying the facilities provided by these devices. Nowadays,
we are engaging most of over valuable time with these devices. We
observe that yoga and meditation have a great impact on our brain
functions. In short, we say that excess use of technology may disturb
the brain functions. In this study we predict the technology addiction
based on the questionary.

Methodology
The study's major purpose was to discover whether young adults
were addicted to the internet. It involves determining how many men
and women are at risk of being addicted to the internet. The research
was done through a survey. An online questionnaire was used to
conduct the survey. Survey Planet was used to gather the responses.
This research was carried out using a Google survey questionnaire.

A key finding of the survey is that
1) People want to stay online longer than they planned and spend more
time doing so
2) The research findings indicate that the Internet does indeed
influence both educational and social activities.
3) The study identified that approximately 23.1% of the respondents
use the Internet as a means to escape from their problems and
express a desire to build new relationships through online platforms.
4) Even if the phone isn't ringing or vibrating, 33% of people check it
frequently. 34.5% of participants feel compelled to respond to their
smartphones
Conclusion
We can presume that the majority of today’s teens are addicted to technology based
on the survey’s findings. Understanding Internet use and its negative aspects is
critical for the development of a healthy younger generation, as it is now considered
part of adolescent culture.
