dynamics.
• The Path of Least Resistance, details how a
person can utilize the creative process and the
knowledge of structure to create their life according
to their highest aspirations and deepest goals.

on the principles of the creative process.

the creative process - what drives people to create.
FRITZ’S 5 STEP CREATIVE
PROCESS
1. Conceive of the result you want to
create : Ideas
2. Know what currently exist : Deal with
reality
3. Take action : Don’t give up, return to your
visions
4. Develop your creativity : Fresh thoughts
and knowledge
3 Rhythms of the creative
process
1. Germination (Ideas) - The germination period is
characterized by excitement and novelty. This stage
comes with a burst of energy.
2. Assimilation (Actual Creation) - The subconscious
mind is at work in this phase, making connections
and insights.
3. Completion - This is when your creation is released
to the world. Getting to enter another germination
period. This focus on perfecting your work.
MEDIUM AND
TECHNIQUE
Medium - refer to the materials used to
make or create a work of art (such as clay,
wood, paint, fabric, charcoal, glass, graphite,
markers etc.) and also refer to creation
techniques such as sculpture, printmaking,
