I. Coating station: NG ( Jan & From may to Oct)


 The items that make the defect rate go up
o Double pans, The peak, Peak, rolling pop,
Qware pan, Onde, Hypper (Namsun)
 Cause: Dirty (sands, furs, missing top…), the
oven temp not stable, body dent, sagging, peel
off…
II. Solutions:
o Cleaning working area daily, limit dust emit
o Training, tracking coating technician follow the
coating process and instruction by setting and
record data ( oven temp, conveyer speed,
coating rolling time, viscosity of coating daily)
o Training and raise high awareness for QC
coating line and QA to inspect and tracking
correctly follow the coating specification and
approved sample to get the target and saving
o Apply checking first products before mass
production.

 The items that make the defect rate go up
o Double pans, The peak, Peak, rolling pop,
Qware pan, Onde, Hypper (Namsun),…
 Cause:
o Scratches, welding handle, welding bracket,
peel off coating at rim and bottom, …
o Missing label, wrong packing, missing q’ty…
 II. Solutions:
o Avoiding the other defect from another
processes sending to assembly line.
o Setting jig and mold, machine to fit with each
product
o Checking first piece before mass production
o QC line has to on job training quality well for
single product of specific customer
o Packing workers must understand fully packing
inspection

o Black cube, crepe, uniclad wok-vol and teal
(Jindal), westing house, hasti (two side
etching)
 Cause:
o Scratches, dent, peel off coating, over polishing
( etching lines and body)
 II. Solutions:
o Avoiding defect from etching station and deep
drawing station
o Avoiding defect from etching (Etching dot
shallow, missing etching lines, pinholes…)
o Setting jig and mold, machine to fit with each
product
o Checking first piece before mass production
o QC line has to training quality well for single
product of specific customer
o Keeping improving polishing daily

 Aluminium:
o Easy to deform
o Spend much time for coating
o Lost more coating
o Easy get defect
o The process more complicate
 Solution:
o Have a clean working environment for coating
o Good education for Coating technician about
the WI of coating supplier
o QC daily on job training
o Maintain the good process for working daily

Incoming Rejection Trend  status:
o One of supplier is still high defect rate, such as
(Changsu, song long, todaco, lostwax…)
Calculated on the basis of checking done by IQC Person  Solution:
o Make evaluation every 6 months
o Enhancing exchange the specification,
standard, approved samples to supplier
o Looking for the good supplier with stable
quality
 Changsu:
o Problem: Pinholes, cracks, poor polishing
 Solution:
o Has changed to new supplier for producing long
