hiring and selection as well as sales.
I've learned a lot throughout my six-
week internship, including how to
understand the behavior of the
customers , collaborate with
coworkers, and effectively handle tasks.
Research problem: Enhancing
Talent Management Processes
Effective recruitment and selection are crucial for
hiring quality employees, but the process can be
costly and challenging. Employers face expenses
like advertising, training, and employee benefits,
while also needing to improve communication
between recruiters and hiring managers. Small
businesses may turn to contract workers,
outsourcing, or assigning additional tasks to
current staff as alternatives to full-time hires.
Talent management, a broader strategy than
recruiting, includes activities like sourcing,
screening, and hiring, but also encompasses
other strategic elements for
meeting business needs.

Sample size- The sample undertaken to
conduct research study consist of Fifty
people. Which include recruiters, employees
and candidates
 DATA COLLECTION:

1. Primary data- The primary data was


collected with the questionnaire which
was collected from the employees,
recruiters and candidates.
2. Secondary data- The data was collected
from the internet and website of the
company.
Objectives of the study
Analyze talent management practices in
digital education companies.
Identify challenges in managing talent,
including technological advancements, skill
gaps, and remote work issues.
Explore best practices from other sectors
that can improve talent management in
digital education.
Evaluate the role of technology, such as
learning management systems, AI, and data
analytics, in enhancing talent management
processes in digital education organizations.
Findings
 The interview process is efficient and
appropriate in making decisions.
 Transparency and constant
Communication should maintained among
the hiring managers, recruitment team
and the Candidates.
 The Organization should follow better
strategies for employee retention.
 Most of the employees are hired through
internal methods like referrals and less
employees are hired through external
methods.
Limitations
 Being a medium level organization Edukon
cannot hire people with high package and
get them on work, where there should be a
lot of efforts put by the recruiters during
negotiation of salary.
 Unavailability of panel immediately to take
Interviews, which delay the
recruitment process.
 In some cases, medium level companies
face challenges with employee retention
due to limited career advancement
opportunities.
Recommendations
Use clear and consistent interview
questions for every candidate to make
fair decisions.
Keep hiring managers, the recruitment
team, and candidates updated
regularly to improve communication
and transparency.
While hiring through referrals is great,
it's also important to look outside the
company for fresh talent.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the organization
should have an efficient and clear
recruitment process that keeps
everyone informed, while also
working to retain employees
through solid strategies. By focusing
on hiring internally, mainly through
referrals, the company builds a
strong and united team, reducing
the need to hire from outside.
