ICT(Information and Communication Technology).

• ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology.


• ICT includes both hardware and software components, as
well as networks and communication technologies.
• ICT is the technology required for information processing,
in particular, the use of electronic computers,
communication devices and software applications to
convert, store, protect, process, transmit and retrieve
information from anywhere, anytime.
 INFORMATION
Information refers to processed or organized data that has meaning and value. It
includes facts, figures, statistics and knowledge, that are derived from data through
analysis and interpretation. In the context of ICT, information represents the digital
content that is generated, collected, stored, and utilized by various systems and
applications.

 COMMUNICATION
Communication involves the exchange of information, ideas,
and messages between individuals, groups, or machines. In the
context of ICT, communication focuses on the technologies and
systems that facilitate the transmission and reception of
information. This includes various communication channels such as
wired and wireless networks, the internet, telecommunication
systems, email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and other
