Every Monday morning, participants receive one Practice Plan, focusing on one major concept covered
during the session. It is created in the Revisit – Record – Share format. 12 such Practice Plans of diverse
themes are sent in 3 month.

Once in a month small group (5-6) follow through session. Group Coaching for better results

Line managers session to prepare them to hold the space for their team members to practice skills and
