1. Oval. It indicates both the beginning point and the ending point of a process.

2. Rectangle. It represents an individual task or action in the process.

3. Diamond. A diamond shows a decision point such as yes or no.

4. Arrows. It is use to guide the viewer on the direction of the process
which means that it emphasizes the next step of the process.
