Problem Statement (Scientific Problem)

Information Technology (IT) is a set of related fields that encompass computer systems, software,
programming languages, and data and information processing and storage. IT forms part of
information and communications technology (ICT). An information technology system (IT system) is
generally an information system, a communications system, or, more specifically speaking, a
computer system — including all hardware, software, and peripheral equipment — operated by a
limited group of IT users. The term IT is commonly used as a synonym for computers and computer
networks, but it also encompasses other information distribution technologies such as television and
telephones. Several products or services within an economy are associated with information
technology, including IT is also a branch of computer science, which can be defined as the overall
study of procedure, structure, and the processing of various types of data. As this field continues to
evolve across the world, its overall priority and importance have also grown, which is where we begin
to see the introduction of computer science-related courses in K-12 education.
Ideation

 Ideation in IT is the process of generating,


developing, and communicating creative
ideas. It’s a crucial part of the Design Thinking
process where designers generate fresh ideas
to solve real user problems. Techniques used
in ideation sessions include Sketching,
Prototyping, Brainstorming, and more

 IT solutions are sets of services, software, or


hardware designed to help businesses
manage complex technical operations. For
instance, upgrading hardware or software
systems, implementing cloud-based solutions,
or optimizing processes for greater efficiency
Business Plan Canvas

 The Business Model Canvas is a strategic


management tool that lets you visualize and
assess your business idea or concept. It’s a
one-page document containing nine boxes
that represent different fundamental elements
of a business
Scalability of Business

 Scalability in IT is the measure of a system’s ability to


continue functioning properly after undergoing a
software or hardware expansion. It’s essential for the
longevity of any business, particularly in IT, as it
allows a business to adapt to increased workload or
market demands
Team Credentials

 IT certifications are qualifications that show


competency in a specific field of IT. They
typically require passing an exam that tests
capabilities. Some popular IT certifications
include Certified Professional Cloud Architect
(GCPCA), Certified Business Intelligence
Professional (CBIP), and Cloudera Certified
Associate Data Analyst (CCA)
