Our Understanding of Requirements
• Banks need to consolidate the recovering related information as
• List of the companies that are defaulters and for each company
– The amount of loan to be recovered
– Details of the asset of the company / group company under custody
– Their records availability and consolidation at HO from branch / company
– Valuation reports of these assets as on date from reports
• Report from the bank statement and the routine visit reports of bank
executives
• Report provided by the external valuation of the asset
• Information related to the company and asset that should be on record.
– Performance based action taken based on the bank executive visit reports

• Bank database for loan account disbursement and payment record


• Loan Application, asset details and sanction documents
• Asset related papers, data and installation locations
• All visit report of the bank executive specially the last one.

tracking till recovery with customised well defined process flow with
online submission of reports accessible to defined set of executives

MIS Reporting Monitoring & Tracking

• Each MIS reports that will be access controlled for each


• Reports grouping and filtering based on State, Company, amount, date,
absolute and % recovery status as Lists and graphics.
