Problem Statement:
Manual Handling of Shutter Polythene
1 Heavy Efforts:
• Repeatedly Lifting and Pulling heavy shutter can cause physical issues.
• If Shutter is too heavy, it may be difficult for one person, more labour Required.
• Time-Consumming , considerable time especially on lager farms leading to
delays in responding in sudden Weather changes.

2 Inconvenience:
• Mechanism can not be operated from long distance and in absence of user.
• It is not Convinient to Operate at night time & in rainy season.
• Safety Hazards, leads to mishaps such as fingers getting cought in the shutter
3 Weather Exposure:
• User may be Expose to weather conditions (Rain,Extreme Heat,Cold) during
the manual handling
Abstract & Proposed Solution:
GSM-Based Automatic Shutter Handling System Powered by solar Energy

1 Motor Powered:
• Where the Polythene is covered & uncovered with Motor.
• System is powered by an Powerful Stepper Motor.
• Where Motor runs on purely Solar Energy.

2 GSM-Integration:
• GSM-Module (Global System for Mobile Communications) is equipped in System.
• GSM consist of Ardiuno UNO and SIM900A module.
• It enables communication over mobile network The GSM module acts as the communication
interface between the system and the user, allowing for real-time interaction via SMS or calls..
3 Mobile Appliction:
• System can be controlled using by application this leads user convinent will
able function any time from any where.
