From our survey of small and medium businesses, we learned that many are facing significant challenges with
their inventory management. Key problems include:
• Difficulty tracking stock levels, leading to errors and financial losses.
• No timely alerts when stock is running low, causing delays in restocking.
• Problems organizing and categorizing products, especially for businesses with a wide range of items.
• Confusion in managing orders, often resulting in delays or mistakes in fulfilling orders.
• Lack of control over who can access and update inventory data, raising security and accuracy concerns.
