Résumé writing

A résumé is a formal document that provides the details of an


individual’s career vision, professional experience, educational
qualifications, key skills, abilities, achievements, etc.

The purpose of résumé is to:

★ Make you stand out in the crowd.


★ Be the first point of contact with your potential employer.
★ Provide a clear and simple outline of your work history and
qualifications.
★ Record your contact details.
It is the first item that an employer encounters regarding the job
seeker to shortlist him/her for a job interview. Therefore , the
primary aim of a résumé is to get a call for an interview, although
securing the job is the ultimate objective.
