5.2 Approach and Methodology


•Identification of Projects: Focus on enhancing supply levels from below 55 lpcd.
•Data Collection: Conduct field surveys and consultations with RWS&S engineers.
5.2.1 Inception Stage:
•Establish project office and mobilize resources.
•Conduct reconnaissance surveys.
5.2.2 Feasibility Stage:
•Review existing studies and reports.
•Conduct topographical and hydrological studies.
•Assess coverage areas and water quality.
5.2.3 Feasibility of Water Supply Project Stage:
•Route surveys using GT sheets and satellite images.
•Water demand assessments for existing infrastructure.
•Explore infrastructure development alternatives and prepare comprehensive feasibility reports.
5.3 Detailed Engineering and Design Stage
•Surveys and Investigations:
• Conduct topographical surveys and control points.

Note: Team Leader shall not attain the age of 65 (Sixty-Five) years at the time of submitting the Proposal. Other Key
Personnel and supporting staff shall not attain the age of 45 (Forty-Five) years at the time of submitting the Proposal.
The Authority at its discretion may instruct the Consultant to mobilize/de-mobilize Key Personnel as per the
requirement.

Non-key/Support personnel:
Note: Support Personnel (CVs shall not be evaluated during technical evaluation)
The CVs of support personnel shall be evaluated at the at the time of concluding agreement by the Employer.
