2. ORGANIZING
Objective : To allocate resources and arrange the necessary tools and platforms.

Platform Selection:
- Choose the right social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
that are popular among high school students.

Content Calendar:

3. STAFFING

4. LEADING
Objective: To guide and motivate the team to achieve the desired results.

Set Clear Expectation:


-Clearly communicate the goals, timelines, and quality standards to the team.

Provide Continuous Feedback:


- Offer regular feedback to ensure the team stays on track and has the support
they need.

Encourage Creativity:

5. CONTROLLING
Objective: To monitor progress and ensure that goals are being met.

Monitor Performance :

overcome them.
