Platform Selection:

that are popular among high school students.
Content Calendar:
- Develop a content calendar that outlines when and what content
will be posted, ensuring consistency and relevance.
3. STAFFING
Objective: To recruit and assign the right people to execute the plan.

- Responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with the
target audience.
Data Analyst :
- Analyzes the performance of campaigns and provides insights for adjustments .
Task Definition:
- Clearly define each team member's responsibilities, ensuring everyone understands their role in the
overall strategy.
4. LEADING
Objective: To guide and motivate the team to achieve the desired results.
Encourage Creativity:
- Foster an environment where team members feel encouraged to bring new
ideas and innovative solutions.
5. CONTROLLING
Objective: To monitor progress and ensure that goals are being met.
Monitor Performance :

conversion rates.
Provide Support :

overcome them.
Address Underperformance:
