In a right angled triangle, the square on the hypotenuse

is equal to the sum of the squares on the other two
sides.

Congruent triangles

When two triangles are congruent they will have exactly the
same three sides and exactly the same three angles. The equal
sides and angles may not be in the same position (if there is a
turn or a flip), but they are there
If two angles and the included side of one triangle are
congruent to the corresponding parts of another
triangle, the triangles are congruent.
If three sides of a triangle are congruent to three
sides of another triangle, the triangles are congruent.
If two angles and the non-included side of one
triangle are congruent to the corresponding parts of
another triangle, the triangles are congruent.
If the hypotenuse and leg of one right triangle are
congruent to the corresponding parts of another right
triangle, the right triangles are congruent.
If two sides and the included angle of one triangle are
congruent to the corresponding parts of another
triangle, the triangles are congruent.
Are the following triangles
congruent
