Through a job website a prospective employee can locate and fill out a job application or
submit resumes over the Internet for the advertised position.
The objective of the project is to enable jobseekers to place their resumes and
companies to publish their vacancies.

Job Seeker:
This module contains details about Job Seeker, i.e. employee or un-employee details. Like
employee name, email, experience.……. Here employee can do update, modify and delete.
He can update experience and skills details also.
Job Provider:
This module having information about job provider and requirement details, which client
recruiting the employees, and what based them recruiting the employees.
Administrator:
The administrator module having all privileges about this entire project, he can update,
delete, and modify the details about job seeker, job provider, client and Job Search details.

Advantages & Disadvantages
Advantages:
Posting jobs online is cheaper than advertising in the newspapers also no intermediaries
needed.
Reduction in the time of recruitment (over 65percent of the hiring time).
Gives a 24X60 access to an online collection of resumes.
These websites also provide valuable data & information about the compensation offered by
competitors etc.
Disadvantages:
Checking the skill mapping of millions of resumes is a problem & time consuming exercise.

The employers and employees prefer a face-to-face interaction rather than online.
CONCLUSION
This system has been developed successfully incorporate all the requirements.
This site was developed in such a way that any further modifications needed can be
easily done.
