Research the company


• Before you walk into the interview it's important to
have a good understanding of the company and the
role you're applying for. Spend some time
researching the company's vision and mission,
values and culture as well as any recent news or
developments that might be relevant to your
interview.
• This information can help you tailor your answers
and demonstrate your interest in the company.
Review the Job description
• Make sure you thoroughly review the job
description and understand the responsibilities and
qualifications required for the position.
• This will help you prepare thoughtful answers that
align with the company's expectations and
demonstrate your fit for the role.

experiences or skills you can highlight during the
interview.
