ABSTRACT
Notice board are playing a very important role in our day to day life. By replacing conventional
analog type notice board with digital notice board we can make information dissemination much
easier in paperless community. Notice board could be a primary factor in any establishment or
public places like bus stations, railway stations, colleges, malls, etc.Sticking out numerous notices
day to day could be a tough method. A separate person is needed to take care of this notice
display. The objective of our project is to design a dot-matrix moving message display using
microcontroller and Wi-Fi where the characters shift from left to right continuously.
Parks, shopping malls to display information regarding platforms, various advertisements about the
products , or important notices. The design of “ Smart Scrolling LED Display using Wi-Fi “ utilizes
low cost and user can access multiple applications. People are now adapted to the idea of the
world at its finger tips. Thus, Any one wants to display the message they send message through
using android Wi-Fi by using this project. This project deals with advanced wireless Android
development board. The main objective of this project is to design a wireless board that displays
messages sent from android phone user using Wi-Fi. The main controlling device of the whole
system is android matrix LED display module , Wi-Fi module is interfaced to android and android
development tool with APK application
INTRODUCTION
Here we are creating a dynamic and customizable notice board using LED panels
and an Android device. The idea is to display important messages or information in
a visually appealing way. By combining hardware components like LED panels, a
microcontroller, and power supply, with software development for the android
app, you’ll be able to control and display messages on the LED board.
The Android app will serve as the interface for users to input customize messages
that will be displayed on the LED panels. The app will communicate with the
microcontroller, which will control the LED panels and enable scrolling and
animation effects for the messages.
EXISTING SYSTEM
BLOCK DIAGRAM OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM
Power Supply :-
For an ESP32 microcontroller, you'll typically want a power supply module that can
provide a stable voltage within the operating range of the ESP32, which is usually
around 3.3 volts. It's essential to ensure that the power supply can handle the current
requirements of your specific ESP32 application.
WI-FI Module :-

you can use the ESP32's built-in WiFi capabilities. The ESP32 comes with integrated
WiFi and Bluetooth, so you don't need an additional module. You can program it to
connect to WiFi networks and perform various tasks over the network.
ESP 32 Micro Controller :-
The ESP32 has integrated WiFi and Bluetooth functionality, allowing you to
connect to WiFi networks and perform tasks such as sending and receiving data,
accessing web services.
MAX 7219 Dot LED Matrix Module :-
The MAX7219 dot LED matrix module is a popular component used for controlling LED
matrices. It allows you to control multiple LEDs individually using a microcontroller
usually via SPI communication. It's commonly used in projects like scrolling text displays,
simple animations, and digital clocks.
