become a truly powerful productivity tool in modern times.

• In this lesson, we will discuss the various ways you can collaborate using
productivity tools.

Objectives
After studying this lesson, you should be able to:
• list the various productivity apps that allow for collaboration;
• explore a collaboration platform; and
• use an online whiteboard.
Shared File Storage
File hosting services allow you to share
files and folders with your collaborators.
Two of the popular file hosting services
used for such purposes are the
following:

Google Workspace
It is similar to Microsoft Office where
it features different productivity apps
that students and professionals can
find useful.
Sharing and Collaboration
