II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This section should include a summary of

the major findings for the monitoring
period. For example, a statement that there
were no major activities that influenced the
monitoring parameters during the
monitoring period can be made if there
were really no activities by the proponent
that affected the monitored parameters.

III. RESULTS & DISCUSSIONS
The status of compliance to the ECC
conditionalities and the attainment of EMP
commitments should be elaborated in this
section. Reasons for noncompliance or unmet
commitment should be explained and solutions
and measures to attain full compliance of ECC
terms and conditions as well as satisfactory
attainment of EMP commitments should be
discussed as renewed efforts for the next
monitoring period. Table 1 may be used to
summarize the status of compliance.

Reminders

Pursuant to Section 9.0 of P.D. 1586, non-

compliance with any of the provisions of
this ECC shall be sufficient cause for its
cancellation or suspension and/or
imposition of a fine in an amount not to
exceed Fifty Thousand Pesos
(PhP50,000.00) thereof.
B. Impact Monitoring
This is the first compliance monitoring report of
the proponent as this was informed to EMB
project holders just last year, hence, no
comparison against the previous can be made.
Proponent is still establishing baseline data.

B.i Summary of Baseline Monitoring

Still establishing baseline.

B II Current Monitoring Results and Findings

The current monitoring results from water quality tests

are to be presented in the next CMR report. PCO is
still in the process of complying other EMB permits
like the next SMR and the PO for its APSE and
gathering data for recording. The monitoring results
would be compared to data earlier gathered by the
environmental unit.
Status of compliance presented in this period is based
on actual farm set up which is still under compliance
where on an ‘as is’, where is basis for this period.
Generally, Juan’s Farm has met compliance.

if EQPLs have been set by the Proponent as its
commitment or if opted to be mutually
agreed upon by Proponent with the EMB)
EMoP – EQPL range was accomplished in the
submitted CMR .

C. Environmental Management Plan Status
