Microsoft word

 Isa word processing application that allows


you to create a variety of documents including
resume, letters and more. It is created by
Microsoft.
Parts of the Microsoft word

1. Ribbon- located at the tap of the document. It


contain multiple tabs, each tab have several
groups related commands.
 2. Ruler - is located at the top and to the left
of your document , it make to adjust your
documents with precision.
 3. Quick access toolbar – is a customizable
toolbar that contains the most commonly used
commands.
 4. Title bar – located at the top of the
document that contains the document name and
document type.
 5. Insertion point – the black blinking
characters that signifies the beginning of the
sentence.
 6. Horizontal scroll bar – used to
move document left and right.
 7. Vertical Scroll bar – used to move
document up and down.
 8. Zoom slider – used to zoom in or zoom
out document.
 9. Close button – used to close the
document.
 10. Ms office button- it contains the
major commands in Microsoft word like,
new , save , and print .
 11. Status bar – It displays how many
words and how many pages there is in a
document.
 12. View button - used to view
document in different ways
