• 1. Talento - Tandaan mo na ang mga talento ay isang
pambihirang biyaya at likas na kakayahang kailangang
tuklasin dahil ito ang magsisilbi mong batayan sa
pagpili ng tamang track o kursong akademiko o
teknikal-bokasyonal, negosyo o hanapbuhay sa iyong
pagtatapos ng Junior High School (Baitang 10).

Verbal/Linguistic intelligence is another aspect of Howard
Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. It refers to the ability
to effectively understand, manipulate, and use language.
Individuals with high verbal/linguistic intelligence typically excel
in areas such as:
People with musical/rhythmic intelligence may excel in various areas
such as:
1.Playing Musical Instruments: They may demonstrate proficiency in
playing instruments such as piano, guitar, drums, violin, etc.
2.Composing Music: They have a talent for creating melodies,
harmonies, and rhythms. They may compose original pieces or arrange
existing ones.
3.Singing: They may have a strong singing voice and an intuitive
understanding of vocal techniques.
4.Listening Skills: They can discern nuances in music, such as
different instruments, tones, and rhythms. They may have a deep
appreciation for various genres of music.
5. Rhythm and Dance: They might have a natural ability to synchronize
movements with music, whether through dancing or playing
percussion instruments.
6. Music Production: They may excel in the technical aspects of music
production, including recording, mixing, and mastering.
7. Memory for Music: They may have a remarkable ability to memorize
musical pieces, including complex compositions.
8. Emotional Expression: Music and rhythm can serve as powerful
mediums for emotional expression, and individuals with this
intelligence may find it easier to convey their feelings through music.
9. Teaching and Music Education: They may thrive as music teachers,
sharing their knowledge and passion for music with others.
Bodily/Kinesthetic
• It refers to the ability to control one's body movements

and handle objects skillfully. Individuals with high
bodily-kinesthetic intelligence typically excel in
activities such as sports, dance, acting, and crafting.
Mathematical/Logical
• Mathematical/logical intelligence, as described by

Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences,
refers to the capacity to analyze problems logically,
carry out mathematical operations, and investigate
issues scientifically. Individuals with high
mathematical/logical intelligence excel in activities
such as problem-solving, reasoning, abstract thinking,
and numerical computations.
Interpersonal
• refers to the ability to understand and interact

effectively with others. Individuals with high
interpersonal intelligence possess strong social skills,
empathy, and an understanding of the emotions,
motivations, and intentions of others.
Intrapersonal
• refers to the ability to understand oneself, including

one's own thoughts, feelings, motivations, and goals.
Individuals with high intrapersonal intelligence have a
deep awareness of their own inner world and are able to
use this self-knowledge to guide their behavior and
make decisions.
Naturalist
• refers to an individual's ability to recognize, categorize,

and understand patterns in the natural world. People
with high naturalist intelligence have a deep
appreciation for nature, are keen observers of their
surroundings, and often have a profound understanding
of living things and their environments.
Visual/Spatial
• refers to the ability to perceive, analyze, and

manipulate visual images and spatial relationships.
Individuals with high visual-spatial intelligence excel
in tasks that involve visualizing objects, patterns, and
spatial arrangements.
Existentialist
• It emphasizes the individual's experience of existence

and the significance of freedom, choice, and
responsibility in shaping one's life. Existentialism is
characterized by a focus on questions related to human
existence, such as the meaning of life, freedom,
alienation, authenticity, and the inevitability of death.
• 2. Kasanayan (Skills) - Ang mga kasanayan o skills ay isa ring
maituturing na mahalagang salik sa paghahanda sa iyong
pipiliing track o kurso. Ang mga kasanayang ating tinutukoy ay
ang mga bagay kung saan tayo mahusay o magaling. Ito ay
madalas na iniuugnay sa salitang abilidad, kakayahan
(competency) o kahusayan (proficiency). Upang makilala at
matukoy mo ang iyong mga kasanayan sa isang bagay,
kailangang ikaw ay may hilig o interes, mga tiyak na potensiyal
at malawak na kaalaman.

mga tiyak ka bang kasanayan o skills na siyang magagamit mo
sa pagtukoy ng iyong pipiliing track o kurso?

• Nasasalamin ito sa mga paboritong gawain na nagpapasaya sa
iyo dahil gusto mo at buo ang iyong puso na ibigay ang lahat ng
makakaya nang hindi ayaw mong gawin.
• 4. Pagpapahalaga
• Ang kanilang mga ipinamalas na pagsisikap na abutin ang mga
ninanais sa buhay at makapaglingkod nang may pagmamahal sa
bayan bilang pakikibahagi sa pag-unlad ng ating ekonomiya.
• 4. Mithiin
• Kalakip ng pagkamit ng mithiin sa buhay ay ang pagkakaroon
ng matibay na Personal na Pahayag ng Misyon sa Buhay. Hindi
lamang dapat umiral sa iyo ang hangaring magkaroon ng mga
materyal na bagay at kaginhawaan sa buhay, kailangan ay isipin
din ang pakikibahagi para sa kabutihang panlahat.
