Conclusion, the issue of leakage in stainless steel tanks is a significant and frequent
challenge that our plant must address. The integrity of the tanks is paramount, as leaks can
lead to product loss, environmental hazards, and potential safety risks. It is crucial for the
plant to implement stringent quality control measures, adopt advanced manufacturing
technologies, and conduct regular inspections to mitigate this problem. Ensuring the
production of leak-proof tanks is not only essential for maintaining the plant's reputation
but also for upholding industry standards and customer trust.
HYDROTESTING QUALITY ISSUES MAY
Hydrotesting of SS tank for 3000L Below

It will affect the production lead time,

but it will increase our product quality
assurance and lessen the cost of repair.

For 3200L and above, advise the client,

sales dept, dealers etc. to initiate
testing upon installation and inform the
QHS dept, for any issues during the
testing period.
