simple, informative message will increase your response rate.
INTERVIEWING
HR/RECRUITER CALL

• Focus on your resume and previous experiences.


• Be able to promote yourself.
• Know the job description like the back of your hand.
• Ask about the interview process.
• If asked salary, give a range, not a specific number.
HIRING MANAGER CALL

• Usually more technical, mixed with behavioral situation questions.


• Focus on making a connection with the HM, as they would be your boss.
• Be overly confident in your abilities, even if you might be lacking in more
than one area.
• Having 2-3 insightful questions ready at the end.
PANEL INTERVIEW CALL

• 2-4 people on the call. Either all at once or will be individual.


• Usually other people on the team (Analysts) or from another data team.
• If the panel is upper management, usually more behavioral questions. If the
panel are more people in your range, usually more technical questions.
