 No one manages time, what is
managed is how time is used.

 Effective time management is a vital tool in
terms of high expectation of productivity
with limited financial and human
resources. It is the requirement in seeking
to exercise control over one’s own work as
well to control and influence on the work of
others by directing one’s energies in a
purposeful way.

Drop in visitors:
Meet visitors out side the office.
Keep visit short.
Standing conversation
When the conversation ends, take a short
step and gestures towards the door or
standing if seated.

socializing e.g. say hello what can I do for
you? This approach gets to business first.
