III. RESULTS & DISCUSSIONS
The status of compliance to the ECC
conditionalities and the attainment of EMP
commitments should be elaborated in this
section. Reasons for noncompliance or unmet
commitment should be explained and solutions
and measures to attain full compliance of ECC
terms and conditions as well as satisfactory
attainment of EMP commitments should be
discussed as renewed efforts for the next
monitoring period. Table 1 may be used to

Pursuant to Section 9.0 of P.D. 1586, non-compliance with


any of the provisions of this ECC shall be sufficient cause
for its cancellation or suspension and/or imposition of a
fine in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Pesos
(PhP50,000.00) thereof.
B. Impact Monitoring
This is the fifth compliance monitoring report of
the proponent as this was informed to EMB
project holders just last year, hence, no
exceedance of the previous result made. The
test results were stil on its DENR Standard.

B II Current Monitoring Results and Findings

The current monitoring results from water quality tests


are to be presented in the next CMR report. PCO is
still in the process of complying other EMB permits
like the next SMR and the PO for its APSE and
gathering data for recording. The monitoring results
would be compared to data earlier gathered by the
environmental unit.
Status of compliance presented in this period is based
on actual company set up which is still under
compliance where on an ‘as is’, where is basis for this
period. Generally, PIC has met compliance.

IV. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
