When taking the tests, respondents are
asked to identify the missing element that
completes a pattern.

This test measures “general cognitive


ability”/ abstract ability.

But this test do not provide full IQ. To


measure full IQ we use WAIS, WISC etc.
Expected Scores
Discrepancies
• By using total score find the expected score from the
table and subtract expected score from total score of
each set.
• Write the discrepancies. Normal range for
discrepancies are -2---+2
• If the discrepancy of any set is above or below
normal range, then repeat the test again of
respective set only.
