SECURE USER MANUAL

On the Logon screen click ok


To upload meters button to Login, there is no
login password
To upload meters
On the MRI Machine
Select secure option in MRI and press
2 for dump mode.

On the computer
Login to Mcubed and go to utilities
tab and HHU manager windows will
appear, now click read, in read
window select MRI make & com port
And click on ok button, progress bar
will appear showing meters upload
progress.
To delete meters Data from MRI Machine

On the MRI Machine


Select secure option in MRI
and press 2 for dump mode.

On the computer
Login to Mcubed and go to
utilities tab and HHU
manager windows will
appear, now click clear, in
clear window select MRI
make & com port
And click on ok button,
progress bar will appear
showing meters deletion
progress.
Uploaded meters will appear in C:\
ProgramData\My Entity\Meter Data
To convert the text files you have
to download the hpsebl template
from ftp or email to
[email protected] and
download hpsebl template

Paste the template file for


conversion of text file here

My Entity\Templates
CONVERT TEXT FILES
Go to utilities than export manager and
then in profile section of screen, the
export wizard will appear then select
source data select files or folder or
Meter (in this case folder is selected).
Then click on add button and select
Modified –template or any other
updated template from the list and
open and then click next.

Now select the include sub folder


check box. Then select add and click on
browse path: C:\ProgramData\My
Entity\Meter Data and then click ok.
Now select output path: Default path is
C:\ProgramData\My Entity\Export
Uncheck export only if data is authentic.
Now click on finish button.

Important Note:
The default path to save uploaded data is
C:\ProgramData\My Entity\Meter Data.
To view Report and meter data
Select and open meter either from
meter data or from list appearing
in Mcubed screen
Double click here

A window will appear showing tabs home,


instantaneous, reading, load survey and event.
In reading tab you can check MD reset dates
and billing dated, main and TOD energy etc. To
export report in “pdf” format click print icon
then select standard reading, a window will
appear, now select All history and all TOD and
click on report and save a copy of report to
desired location.
License activation
Activate the product with new product key, get it from ftp server or email to
[email protected].
Run M-Cubed 100 and select the Support>License Information menu from
the main screen as shown below.

Following screen will appear

Manual activation

Click Activate
Activation process
If you do not have Internet Connection then you can
activate your M-Cubed 100 manually. For manual
activation you have to send the Installation ID (text
enclosed under the red boundary in previous slide) to
the [email protected] or any other
concerned person. After that, you will get an Activation
Key either from the concerned person or the system.
You have to paste that Activation Key in the “Step 2”
section of the above screen.
Internet based Activation
If you have Internet Connection then you can directly activate
your M-Cubed 100 using Internet. For activating it through
Internet you have to select “Internet Activation” method as
shown in the below screen. Now click on OK. Your M-Cubed 100
will be activated within few seconds and you are licensed to use it
as per your license conditions.
Secure Product Activation issue after
product key reset
If you have reset the secure product key or and updation over
existing installation you can get an error while running M-Cubed.
To resolve this issue try uninstalling sql server amrexpress
instance and m-cube completely from your system using revo
uninstaller (download it from internet) then restart PC and
reinstall m-cubed with new product key or install sql server new
amrexpress instance (please see Secure SQL Issue.pdf).
