Deadlines
▪ The results of first round (Phase-1) and selection for pre-final round (Phase-2): June 1st

Kamal IT Business Incubator, CUET.

Submission Guidelines
For Phase 1
Each Team must submit their solution as a soft copy in .ppt format. The Presentation Should
Not Exceed 15 Slides.
For Phase 2
The presentation must be in video format such as MP4 And can be a solo video presentation
by any team member Or a group presentation featuring all team members.
For Phase 3
The final round will be held at CUET. Necessary Directives Will Be Shared Via Mail.
NOTE: The FTC4.0 organizing body will subsidize the cost of lodging and other related
expenses(excluding transportation expenses). One week prior to the final round, the finalist
team must confirm their availability. The Next-ranked team will advance to the final round if
any team declines to compete for the final

Basic Structure of the Slide
Problem Title
A clear and concise title that identifies the problem.
Introduction
A brief introduction to the problem, providing context and setting the stage
for your proposed solution.
Solution(Methodology)
An explanation of the solution is proposed, outlining the methodology you will use it to
address the problem.
Feasibility
A discussion of why your proposed solution is feasible and how it will effectively address the
problem.
Limitations
A consideration of the limitations and potential challenges of your proposed solution, and
how you plan to address them.
N.B: The provided structure is not a strict blueprint that must be followed. It is a suggestion
to help guide you in preparing your presentation. Additional Information or aspect Of the
solution can be added if it is required but remember not to exceed the slide limit(15 slides
maximum)in the first phase.

Submission Format
For Phase-1, teams must upload their solution a ppt format to the submission form, which
will be provided before the deadline.
The file must be renamed using the team name, for example, a team named "Hustlers" should
rename their file as"FTC_Hustlers".
Selected teams for Phase-2 will need to upload their recorded presentations of the previous
case study in video format.The File Must be in MP4 format,and maximum length of the video
should not exceed Four(4)minutes.The Video File Should Be Uploaded To The Provided
submission form (maximum size 200MB),and filename should be in the format
"FTC_Hustlers".
N.B: Failure To Follow These Guidelines May Result In disqualification from the competition
