Problem-Solving

• Problem-solving refers to the


process of identifying, analysing,
and finding effective solutions to
overcome challenges or
obstacles.

• It involves using logical and


creative thinking, as well as
various techniques and
strategies, to address problems
in a systematic and efficient
manner.
Problem-solving typically involves the following steps:
