Business depends on the society for the requirement of inputs like Men Machine Materials Money With also depends on the Society for the market to sell its Product, hence business depends on the society for its existence.

SRB
It is an obligation of decision makers to take decisions which protect and improve the welfare of the society as a whole along with their own interest.

It refers to what the business should do for the welfare of the society.

Some of the models describing social responsibility includes Carroll's model, Halals model & Ackerman's model Archie B.Caroll defines corporate social responsibility as the entire range of obligation business has to society, has proposed a three dimensional conceptual model of corporate performance. the employees and their cooperation, employees morale depends on the discharge of responsibilities by Management The following are the some of the responsibilities to be fulfill to the employees.

Payment of Fair Wages Participating in the Management Decision Making. Providing best possible working condition

Install proper Grievance Handling System

Follow all labour welfare measures recommended by the law

Provide opportunities for promotion

Arrange for proper Training and Development programs for workers

SRB Towards Customers


As per Peter F. Drucker the purpose of any business is

to create more and more customers. Customers are the Kings, business unit is the Servant. The Success of the business depends on the morale and cooperation of the customers, following are the responsibilities must be fulfilled.

They are.,
Produce & Supply quality goods. Do research and update the product quality. Introduce new product. Remove interruption in the distribution. Avoid artificial scarcity. Reveal truth in advertisements. Provide required after sale service. Avoid adulteration. Provide sufficient information about the product.

SRB Towards Share Holders


They have to invest money in the business.
They appoint managers to run the business, so the

responsibilities of the manager to protect the welfare of the Shareholders. The following are the important responsibilities to be fulfilled.

Safe guard the capital invested by them

Appreciate capital invested by them.

Ensure reasonable Dividend

Ensure regular dividend year by year.

Maintain proper records

Build up adequate reserves for future use

Maintain good public image.

SRB Towards Government


India follows mixed economic system one of the main

feature is government interference. The business unit is given permission by the government. It establish infra structural facilities for the business, hence each and every business units is responsible to the government.

It supplies all the inputs for the business like men, machine,
