Information about the coronavirus

Coronaviruses are mainly found in animals, but some strains of coronaviruses are known
to cause infections in humans. Coronaviruses can spread from animal to human and
from human to human.

A new coronavirus causing the current epidemic was identified in China in late 2019. The
name of the disease caused by the new coronavirus is COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease
2019). This strain was unknown before the outbreak in December 2019 in Wuhan, China.

Preventive measures
Dunafin Zrt. has developed a prevention strategy to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus. It is important that
the company take strict measures to prevent the virus spreading and ensure a healthy work enviroment.

We provide the minimum number of employees to be in Dunafin in same time, to check the possibilities for
home office and other solutions from HR.

IMPORTANT
In case of infection of an employee or family member, the employee has to immediately report
to direct supervisor. The supervisor forward the information to your leader, HR and EHS, that the Dunafin
Zrt. can take further actions to minimize spread.

Before you go to work
1. Every employee has the responsibilty to measure own body
temperature before starting work at home.
Important: if your body temperature is
reached 37 ℃ or if you notice the Warning:

Rules for accessing the workplace
1. By bus / taxi or other public transport

Rules of office behavior
1. Open the windows and doors at least twice for 30 minutes!

2. Be sure to disinfect your hands and work area!

3. If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue and throw it away immediately!

5. Keep at least 2 meter distance!

6. After meetings disinfect the areas!

Rules of operator rooms and maintenance workshops
7. The operator rooms and workshops has to be cleaned several times a day (at least 2x in each shift). –
clean the floor and other affected areas

8. Periodic cleaning of operator rooms is the responsibilty of designated employee by shift leader.

9. Periodic cleaning maintenance workshops is the responsibilty of designated employee by workshop


leaders.

10. The handrails of production has to be cleaned at least twice in each shift. The shift leader determine
the employee to do.

11. The cleaning service provided by the cleaning staff does not exempt the departments from multiple
cleaning per shift!

12. In other departments: logistics, purchasing, QA etc. shift cleaning is managed by the department
manager in accordance with the cleaning policies of the operator rooms and maintenance workshops.

In the control rooms, maintenance
workshops and other entrances, the
positions are indicated who are authorized
to enter in the rooms. No other employee
may be present in these areas except in
an emergency.

For the other positions, the primary mode


of contact is the phone and / or Skype!
If personal communication is required, it
have to be at outside of the enclosed
areas to keep the 2 meters distance.

Rules of operator rooms and maintenance workshops

No direct contact between colleagues who are in different rooms is strictly forbidden!
A distance of 2 meters is mandatory.

If the two meters cannot be followed in exceptional cases - in the case of an


emergency, emergency response, technical problem - the face mask is
mandatory for all employees who involved in the activity! The activity cannot be performed
without wearing it.

Protective equipment can be received from warehouse with the written permission of EHS.
Authorization must be requested by email. Recommended permit min. one day, but at least
two hours prior to admission, must be notified to the EHS in writing!

Dressing rooms
• Maximum number of people allowed in changing rooms: 3 people - with a distance of two meters.

• If the number of people has reached the maximum allowed 3, the people waiting outside are as far away as
possible, min. line up at a distance of two meters.

• Who can, take a shower at home, take a shower in the locker room to increase the risk of the virus spreading!

Shift change

• During shifts, physical contacts have to be minimized.


The goal is to prevent the virus from spreading
between shifts.

• Cleaning between frequently used devices is 2 méter

• Shifts must not be mixed into operating rooms,

Manager by the daily report or if necessary, it must be
completed at the shift leader office at a distance of
two meters.

Workplace meal rules
1. Wash your hands before and after the meals!

2. Wash your cutlery before the meals!

3. Keep min. 2 meter distance with each other.

4. In the Open Office kitchen maximum people can


be 3-4.

5. In other kitchens - without window - maximum


people can be 2 while meal or coffee making and
not more time!

6. We ask office workers to have separate meals in


the office after cleaning the tables and the
environment.

Managing of visitors and externals
1. Primary communication with business partners is via Teams and conference call.

2. Visitors and subcontractors arrival are approved by Managing Director > Operational
Director > Head of Manufacturing to determine risks of the services.

3. First case visitors are welcomed at the meeting rooms.

4. The host has to explain the safety and the basic hygiene rules!

5. For the visitors and their permission the hosts are the responsibles. The permissions
can be approved by Managing Director > Operational Director > Head of
Manufacturing.

8. The Annex of the Admittance for Visitors Document is the COVID-19 questionnaire, in which we ask the visitors/subcontractors
about the most important questions to see the risks of the acces.

9. All documents should be secured before arrival.

10. If the visitor or subcontractor has a special entry permit, please inform the security service. If they do not have this information,
won’t allow the visitor/subcontractor to go into our mill.

11. Visitors’ or subcontractors’ body temperature will be measured at the gate by the security team, if the result is reached 37℃,
entry is not allowed

Managing of visitors and externals
Visitors and subcontractors are required to wear a face mask!

1. The contact person have to notify the subcontractor or visitor of the


introduction of mandatory protective equipment.

2. Providing mouth masks is the responsibility of the subcontractor /


visitor's employer.

3. Proper use of a face mask is essential for proper protection!

4. In order to prevent the spread of the virus, the employer of each


subcontractor / visitor must take the necessary preventive measures
and inform the contact person designated by Dunafin Zrt.

Truck Traffic Management - Access Control

1. All truck drivers has to be measured to body temperature at the gate by


the security. If the result is reached 37 ℃, entry is not allowed.

2. If the driver body temperature does not reached 37℃, he can enter
Dunafin Zrt. only in face mask. 37 ℃
3. If the driver does not have own face mask, Dunafin Zrt. will provide it. The
security record the number of issued masks.

Protective equipments
The list of mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) is established in the usual way, based on the
Personal Protective Equipment Documentation, but the following is added until the Emergency is declared:

General personal protection equipment includes the usage


of face mask. Wearing shall apply to all persons within
Dunafin Zrt. It can be: textile mask, medical mask, etc.
