• The total number: 141 people
• The highest rate: 86.5% (university degrees - 122 votes)
• The lowest: 5.7% (master's degrees - 8 votes)
--> The education level of the respondents is high and distributed at
university level.

Providing descriptive statistics for each gender group.
The mean values for the Income variable of:
• Male group: 1.98
• Female group: 1.79
--> Indicating no significant difference between the two
groups.

GENDER

Since the Sig F=0.434 > 0.05 --> No statistically significant difference in
variance between male and female groups.

Sig = 0.260 > 0.05 --> No statistically significant difference in mean income
between respondents of different genders
--> No difference in income between male and female in this survey

EDUCATIONAL LEVELS
Is there any statistically significant
difference among educational
levels in terms of Income?

In the Mean column, the average Income values for the Education Levels
are:
• High School (1.27)
• University (1.88)
• Master (2.13)
Since the values from 1 to 4 represent increasing income levels:
• High School Education has the lowest average Income.
• Master Education has the highest average Income.

Is there any statistically significant
difference among educational levels in
terms of Income?

With Sig. value = 0.096 > 0.05 (Levene test), indicating that
the variances of four educational levels are equal.

→ Therefore, We use the results in the ANOVA table.

5. COMPARE THE MEAN OF INCOME AMONG DIFFERENT


EDUCATIONAL LEVELS
Is there any statistically significant
difference among educational
levels in terms of Income?

The Sig value (F test) = 0.069 > 0.05 --> No difference in average
monthly income between groups with different education levels.

--> Failed to reject H0: No statistically significant difference in


income among the four educational levels.

6. CHECK WHETHER THERE IS MULTICOLLINEARITY


Among the variables: Age, Gender, Education, Marital status, Doing exercises?

• The correlation of Age_Gender: 0.021, which doesn’t


indicate a strong relationship according to Cohen
(1988)
• With Gender and Education in the correlation table, it
shows that R=0.38
• The correlation of Education_Marital Status and
Education_Age are 0.265 and 0.312.

→ All of correlation variables are less than 0.7 so there is


no problem of multicollinearity

6. CHECK WHETHER THERE IS MULTICOLLINEARITY


Among the variables: Age, Gender, Education, Marital status, Doing exercises?

• The correlation of Marital Status_Age, Marital


Status_Gender and Marital Status_Education are
respectively 0.527, 0.041 and 0.265.
• Doing exercises_Age, Doing exercises_Gender, Doing
exercises_Education and Doing exercises_Marital
status are 0.113, 0.295, 0.124 and 0.267.

→ All of correlation variables are less than 0.7 so there


is no problem of multicollinearity

7. MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION TO ANALYZE THE


IMPACT OF THE VARIABLES
Sig. = 0.000b < 0.05 → The above multiple linear regression
model is appropriate and statistically significant

The coefficient of the variable Age


--> Age has a positive effect on Income.
Economic significance:
• If Age increases by 1 point, then Income
increases by 0.914%, keeping all other
independent variables constant.

That of the variable Gender, Education, Marital


Status, Doing Exercises: not statistically
significant.

8. CREATE AN INTERACTION VARIABLE


• Between Age and Doing exercises.
• Analyze the moderating effect of Doing
exercises on the relationship between
Age and Income?

The coefficient of Doing exercise is not statistically significant


--> Doing exercises does not have an impact on an individual's
personal income.

Age has a positive statistically significant effect on income, as


indicated by a positive coefficient (sig=0.000<0.05, positive
unstandardized B = 1.033).

8. CREATE AN INTERACTION VARIABLE


• Between Age and Doing exercises.
• Analyze the moderating effect of Doing
exercises on the relationship between
Age and Income?

The coefficient of Age_Doingexcercises: not statistically

--> Doing exercises does not impact on the relationship between


age and income.
