Accreditation of
Co-Partners (ACPs)
Who are the ACPs?

The ACPs are the program partners of the DOLE


responsible for the direct delivery of services to
the wage workers-beneficiaries.
They are the workers’ organizations (trade unions,
associations, federations and cooperatives), other
people’s organizations (business/church-based
organizations, etc.) and non-government
organizations (business/trade/private academe
foundations) that have complied with the
following accreditation requirements:
Accreditation Requirements

 Must be duly registered in appropriate


government agency;

 Must have filed its financial statement with the


government registering agency for the last three
(3) years reflecting stable financial condition;
Accreditation Requirements

 For workers organizations with less than three (3)


years of operation, a report of accomplishment
that it had implemented similar projects must be
submitted;

 With no arrears in loan amortization payments


from any credit institutions; and
Accreditation Requirements

 Must be capable and willing to provide equity of


at least 20% of the total project cost.
