Learning Outcomes
• Systematically understand the role of knowledge and demonstrate
critical awareness of knowledge management and its influence on
continuing professional development.

• Critically assess the internal and external factors that drive business
excellence, innovation outcomes and sustainability in the global
economy.

• Comprehensively understand innovation management tools and


techniques that could be applied to enhance organisational
performance and address sustainability challenges.

• Critically identify complex organisational challenges and demonstrate


independent learning ability to propose novel solutions.
Module Assessment
A group presentation (30% of the final mark) – due on week 9 &10, T1
• Objective – to demonstrate reflective collective learning from workshops
exercises
• 5 people in a group
• Each group with 20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A

An individual essay (70% of the final mark) – due on Jan. 2024


• Objective – to engage with relevant readings provided and discussed in the
module and apply theory into practice
• Word length – 2000 words
